Fast install, firm but flexible fenders. Fit 27.5 mountain bike.
Easy to install. I modified the install to work for a 27.5 Full Suspension Mountain Bike.It literally took less than 10 minutes to install the fenders, and that includes using zip-ties for modifying mounting the rear fender to the frame and an additional zip to add support via the pannier rack. Please see photos for how I installed these fenders on a full suspension mountain bike. The front fender seemed to have enough substance to it so it fit well (it was a bit tight due to the construction of the bike itself) I did have to slightly bend the metal slide/clip-in part... which helped with the fit. Now it fits well. Close... but well. The front fender seemed to be a bit stronger and less flexible than the rear fender. The rear fender seemed a bit more flexible and thus floppy. There was not a place to attach the metal clip to the frame... so I used zip ties. Also, there was only one rubber grip to secure one of the plastic clip-on mounts to the frame for the rear fender. So I grabbed an O ring from my plumbing parts box and voila! Works beautiful for the upper clip. I then used a couple of zip ties to loop around the fender and through the pannier rack to give the fender just a bit more support. It seemed to sway from side to side, just moving the bike. I was afraid that the stress of the fender flopping around could cause it to fail... so I added the loop support with the zip-ties. I could make it look better by drilling two little holes for the ties to feed through the fender... but was opted not to do so.We will see how they hold up to biking in Cambridge this winter. The bike is used for city riding. I will update this post on how well they work out.

Most Versatile, Lightweight Fenders For Most Any Bike!
I have put these on four different bikes and they work great! They are super lightweight, bring a nice look to a beach cruiser or mountain bike. Only complaint is they get offset from tire if nudged by accident. They easy move back with a simple hand adjustment. I currently have them on bikes with 2.5" Kenda tires and that's the max width these fenders will cover. I love them and will continue to buy them for any and all future bikes I may get.

The German Quality is Apparent, True, However...
Overall top quality from Germany, true, but not really recommended for 29er (29” tire size) applications.Possibly for a 26” or even a 27.5” tire they MAY work well? Hard to say for sure, of course, but in MY particular application they were very, very difficult to install and had some serious rubbing going on. I had to physically modify both front and rear by quite a bit, unfortunately.Eventually, with some bending of metal brackets and profuse use of nylon zip-ties I MADE it work, but it was not user-friendly or simple or elegant at all, which was quite disappointing. The thick matte-black plastic fenders themselves looked GREAT and feel solid and robust, but don’t expect a quick install on ANY larger (29” or 700c) wheel set. Instructions do not include English and they’re not helpful, sadly.Overall, then, GREAT value for the modest cost, good quality plastics and brackets, but fair to poor installation on a larger wheel (in my honest opinion). Best of luck, and hope this may help someone. Stay Healthy out there!

Not secure without zip ties, loose insert for bracket.
At least they are light and look decent. I wish there was a way they would stay in 1 place with parts provided. Had to use a bunch of zip ties in the back of the rear for it to stop dangling left and right, up and down while on the move. Also the spot where metal bracket slides into plastic isn't a snug fit (like wearing a size 12 shoe on a size 10 foot) thus preventing it from staying true in line in accordance to the metal bracket that holds the whole installation (again had to reserve to zip ties). The brand logo SKS Germany is an insert that is very very deep and has a major flaw in its design. It goes through the fender and clips on to it from the bottom on the inside by the tire but it is so oversized in depth that if fender is mounted somewhat close to the tire, 1/2 inch or so it will rub against it while on the move, so i had to shave off the whole clipping mechanism and just super glue it to the fender (should've just used good old decals instead). On the front fender i had to bend the metal bracket a little because the back of the front wheel was touching it. It was too high up in the front and practically laying on top of the tire in the back of the front wheel. Even though it "accommodates" 29' wheel size it seems as if it was really meant for 700cc and below. The front side is only held by above mentioned "loose" bracked and seems to be off center to the left by 1/4" for some reason and no place to zip tie it to due to its nature, it makes me a little worrisome, hopefully it doesnt get more loose and start rubbing off the tire.Overall, zip ties are your friends here and although the installation looks like a half brother of Frankenstein it works just not right out of the box, some adjustments needed, will see how it holds. Seems abit on a smaller side in length and bend curve for a 29er, might work for a smaller size wheel. Logo plugs are just unnecessary overkill and cause more problems than what they were intended for (shave them or take them out).I guess fenders better than no fenders. Wish it would fit and mount better without overdosing on zip ties.

Premium quality mountain bike mud guards
I'm very pleased with the quality of this product. A multitude of fixings for different types of mountain bike types I guess and mine seemed to be standard. Instructions are clear and simple. There only additional adjustment I had to make was changing the angle of the L-shaped metal bracket using a hammer to prevent the mudguard from running against the wheels (both needed slight adjustment). This seemed intuitive enough to me and prevents you bring to buy separate wire attachments that would connect to the centre of the wheel (unnecessary in my option).Tested yesterday on a wet weekend and I no longer have a trashed back covered in wet mud. Result!

Good mudguards
They look good and sturdy, easy to install, covers 26x2 inch tyres well. They are a bit flappy when cycling ad they have only one point of fixing, but you can buy additional fixers if you wish, alas they don't fit to my bike. Most importantly i can confirm they do keep mud away

Good Product, Though Few Issues.
Good product, but putting on to a bike with the rubber brakes are hard, and the guards' flap about a lot (especially the rear one) without the metal supports you buy separately. also, the instructions are bad as most of it's in German, and I have a few parts left over that I can't figure out where they go.

Great product
What a great product they fit my hybrid bike perfectly with 700c by 40 tyres. There is plenty of room just had to trim the front mudguard to fit snug but sure that most people could manage to fit these.Would definitely advise to get the support brackets which I was worried they wouldn’t fit with my disc brakes but I managed.Top product

Buy the stays to go with the mudguards
Exactly what I wanted and reasonably easy to fit although the rear one needed some a bit of adjustment. I would recommend getting the stays to go with them, they give a bit more stability.
