I’ve been using this seat cushion and it’s made a noticeable difference. I highly recommend this seat cushion. As one ages we all find hiccups in our day to day ventures. Mine was sciatica, a pinched nerve. Which left me not able to walk much with out pain. I am doing the doctor's appointment but nothing would allow me to hold my gain and build on it. Amazon has been a great resource for finding better was to live with what I have. I am on my 4 day of using the cushion. The relief is unbelievable, I am off most of the painkiller pills. I can walk about 4 feet with out my walker. I can sit in my suv and handle the sitting with no problems. I can do some simple housework. It stands up to all the quality no slipping, firmness is good, pain relief is outstanding

I'm giving it a 5 Star only because it Sits me Way Up in the Truck I drive at work but it's Hard as heck and needs Rubber on the bottom cuz it slides all over. I needed the height and I Got it !!!!
