Gorilla Mind absolutely nailed it with this pre-workout. The Blackberry Lemonade flavor is surprisingly smooth—not too sweet, no weird aftertaste, and mixes easily with no clumping. But the real win is in the formula. Energy? Off the charts. The 400mg of caffeine hits hard, but clean—no jitters or crash. Focus? Tunnel vision. Thanks to the L-Tyrosine, Alpha-GPC, and Huperzine A, I feel mentally locked in from warm-up to final set. Pumps? Massive. The L-Citrulline and HydroPrime combo delivers serious vascularity and fullness—my muscles feel and look pumped for hours after training. Strength? Solid. Creatine and Betaine definitely give an edge on heavy lifts. This stuff isn’t for beginners—it's high-stim and performance-focused. But if you're experienced and want a serious boost in the gym, this is the one. Gorilla Mind has earned a permanent spot in my stack.

I used gorilla mode religiously a few years ago for the performative effects, but as competition ramped up I found better pre’s. My main complaint was the flavor. It was headache inducing and often left my stomach aching. The new formula tastes so much better and no stomach aches so far. If you tried the OG formula and weren’t a fan I recommend trying the new formula.

Great flavor for the one I got but that's all it was just a flavoring for my water. Two scoops in 30 minutes later and nothing, like absolutely no boost in energy, no tingle, no nothing just disappointment. Maybe a defective batch?

Great taste

Doesn’t taste good. Doesn’t give you the amped up feeling other preworkouts deliver. Suggested dose is two scoops which contains too much caffeine (400 mg) compared to the rest of the key ingredients. It’s too expensive for what it is. It does have a lot of the key ingredients a preworkout needs and contains creatine, which is nice if you want that and aren’t taking a separate supplement for it. It does give you a good pump and strength boosts but overall there’s a lot of better products out there.

I feel stronger in the gym

Solid Pre, Gorilla mind is a great company. Their items are quality, no fillers or fluff. Stay away from proprietary blends.

The flavor is underwhelming, and its a lot of powder. Not something you can mix into 8oz of water and chug before your workout. Its very powdery even when mixed well and that gives it a chalky texture. I didnt even get that much if an energy boost and ive used 1&2 scoops to test it out. Would not buy again.
