Toto SW563#12 Washlet S400 Toilet Seat Round Model for G-Max Toilets, Sedona Beige

my husband and i just bought this S400. we have thought about washlet for years since a lot of my friends have washlet in Japan.We saw this deal recently and hesitated to buy the color but since it's a good deal we decided to grab it.Once thing we have had hard time to find Auto flush/ using flush bottun with remote control.After installed it, we could not figure this out.I decided send Amazo, this seller and searched online for days..finally i sent TOTO USA and got this answer.Using this unit, you need certain TOTO brand toilet unit otherwise, you have to additional part for using auto flush and flush bottun.Finally we got answer from TOTO USA and we gave up this unclear unit question today.we would not buy this additional parts for now but at least we now understand this.Thank you, TOTO USA technical support team!We love washlet anyway!******************************************************************************************************************I have written the comments for my original comments the other day.Because 2 comments are negative for my 2 stars.Well the reason for 2 stars is not the product but any other reasons because we did not care auto flush part at first but package arrived, we started to try to understand all description about auto flush if we can use it or not.i did comments for these 2 coments already.But i think I should write this again too let all customers should know that TOTO washlet is still great products and thier customer teams are helpful and my husband and I love this!This item, there are 2 item codes, one comes with auto flush unit parts come with and the other one DOES NOT COME with.A lot of online sellers descriptions, they say only "Auto flush/lid" which usually the customer take this words, "oh, this is automatic flush!"the answe is NOOOOOOOO.You may need additional parts for auto flush system and you may not need.Certain TOTO brand toilet unit do not need in some reasons otherwise you have to buy additional parts(about $100 or so)When you go to TOTO USA website, there is chart which unit is you can use for washlet but it seems complicated to understand. soI recommend you to contact TOTO USA or sellers(usually all sellers do not know the answers at all unless there are someone who have washlet to use!)1. your toilet unit(TOTO **** or other brand unit ***)2. make sure if this package item(on Amazon) comes with auto flush unit or not(additional parts to connected inside of the tank)(TOTO THU695#CP S400 Autoflush Lever Assembly With G-Max Flapper, Chrome : now under $100)This is what you need, i still check time to time but no one explain about auto flush assembly is needed additionally or not yet on any website.but now on Amazon, when you search "TOTO washlet S400" it also comes with this assembly parts too which is good.still great condition and using perfectlywe are so happy to have this now Aug 2020!!!!!!!
