Bread Hardcover – November 1, 2014

I could not be happier with this book and the recipes in it. I'm trying the breads and the sourdough starter. He got me hooked on baking breads. Now, it is time to bring his bakery to the US.

I wanted a book with several different types of breads (various countries). It had a variety but it is too heavy on "dessert" type breads. It does appear to have good instructions (just received it last night) but I would have like more breads from around the world.

This book has some excellent recipes. I borrowed it from my library and decided I had to get my own copy.

Excellent bread recipes. I've made about a dozen with great success following the recipes exactly. Highly recommend.

Excellent recipes, techniques and photography, made the wholewheat loaf and can't wait to sample more recipes!

This book is a must have for anyone who loves to bake bread. Great info.

I love this book, unfortunately 90% of recipes take one week with preparation, so little bit time difficult.
