These mats are wonderful on the grill. After done cooking they are so easy to wash.I think my chicken doesn't dry out as much when using the grill mats. Cook whatever you want. Vegetables and meats, fish. I think it's best to let the mat heat upfor a few minutes before putting your meat on. Just to still get a sear.Great buy.

I was almost done grilling because I can't stand the burn from the flame from the dripping grease - to my surprise I figured as a last resort I would try the grill mat. I'm now back to grilling - these things are amazingggg!!! Easy to clean - you still get grill marks on the food - and the taste was awesome. No more burnt food taste or metal chips from the grill grate. I give this product an A+++. I just ordered my second set. I'm gonna give them to my friends so they can enjoy this awesomeness. Great work!!

i don't have experience with any other similar products, but the fish stuck more than I expected, you need "two hands" to get products off (the mat slides around on the grate). the mat also got more scratched up than i expected on the first use. it did clean up nicely, and it makes cooking fish (solid surface) easier on the grill.

Purchased as a stocking stuffer type gift for my husband. He finally used it this weekend to grill chicken kabobs. We were very impressed. The kabobs cooked evenly, nothing stuck to the grill, no veggies fell off, and the grill was clean! Very impressed and will definitely continue to use this, especially when grill asparagus and shrimp.

We LOVE grilling with these!! I bought them for my boyfriend for Christmas and just ordered more so I could use them as well for my veggies 😊 They are everything they say they are. Beautiful grill lines and super easy to clean. If you soak them in hot water the food will come right off.

works like a charm my wifes only complaint was no more grill marks but no more clean up of gill either!

I have to give a 3 because product holds grease causing flare up. I tried grilling burgers made of ground chuck which is typically 15-20% less fat than ordinary burgers. At first I thought wow this is but as grease began building up instead of seeping through the mat the grease built up spilling over the edge causing a pretty massive grease fire. This caused me to have to move the meat to the non matted side of the grill. Just to let you know I use a Ducane 4 burner grill. Duane is a subsidiary of Weber. I am a fanatic about keeping my grill clean to help prevent flare ups so the flare up was not a result of an unclean grill. Oh, also the mat got pretty hot which caused it begin melting on the edges as the grease spilled over. I haven't had mats long enough to try anything else yet and grilling season is coming to an end here in Indiana. If I am able to try something else I'll report back.

Great product! It makes grilling fun again. No flares up, cooks the meat great, no change in taste, EASY cleaning! I was going to purchase a new grill because the flame guards just to do a good job and I change them out often, so I thought maybe it is time for a new grill. Then I tried these grill mats and what a great experience. Very happy!
