I bought this umbrella because of being fed up with my existing one blowing inside out at the slightest bit of wind. So far, I like the feel of this one, the handle is comfortable, and the weight is reassuring. Slightly too long for some of my bags when folded down (13 inches ), but can cope with that. Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to use it on a windy day yet, so I did my own test indoors. Opening the umbrella fully, I "swished" it around quite heavily to imitate a windy day, and I was pleasantly surprised. No matter what I did, it didn't blow inside out. As I said, I've yet to use it, but now I feel confident that I have a good quality umbrella at a very reasonable price. I would recommend.

The item arrived the next day. It appears to be of good quality and well made. The opening and closing mechanism works well and the umbrella gives good coverage being a good size. When open it appears quite sturdy. I haven’t had the opportunity to try it out in the rain yet ( which is somewhat unusual for the west of Scotland). First impression is that I am pleased with this item. A very minor criticism is that it is a little heavy. I rated 4 stars at the moment as I have not had a chance to try it out yet.

I've had this umbrella since October 2022. Now being September 2023 and living in the UK, saying it has been used quite a lot is an understatement. This umbrella, although not as light as the cheap versions, is robust. I took it with me on a volunteering hospital mission in Pokhara, Nepal, this August, as it was monsoon season and boy was it useful! The umbrella has been battered with high winds and pouring down rains that lasted 5 days at a time and it is still kicking as it was on day 1. Amazing product. No need to be spending over £25 for the new ones out there. I'm ordering 2 more for my boys as I can now fully vouch for its durability and performance. I have included photos of the umbrella including one which shows signs of wear.

Had bought a cheap brolly and it broke after a couple of uses. Took the quality option paid more and not regretted since. Quite bulky but a good brolly with wide coverage so worth the ‘weight’!

Sturdy little brolly, stands up to winds, very well made and my partner says he's very pleased with it. If there is a problem, it's shared by similar products and that is that it's too easy to press the down button in the handle and it will actually close but...would I buy again...yes.
