The description says product is "golden syrup." It is syrup, but not golden syrup in the same vein as Lyles from the UK, CSR from Australia, or Chelsea from New Zealand. Product instead tastes like caramels. If you want caramel syrup, this is the thing. If you want golden syrup, look elsewhere.
