Awesome for covering my grey when I want to rather than having to use harsh hair dye every few weeks & just rinses out so I can keep leaving it natural.

I really wanted this to work for me, the difference it makes is so subtle it's not worth the steps involved. I'm so glade I didn't wait till the last minute to use it. This weekend is my anniversary. The one thing I do love is how soft it makes my hair.

I had decided to quit dying my hair a dark colour and let my natural grey grow out. So I was using those little spray cans with the thin stream of colour to touch up roots in the meantime. But they are very expensive and once the new growth gets an inch or more long, it is very hard to get coverage with them. this worked well by not fully covering it but sort of blending it. It is watery and could have a better way of dispensing it. But it was fine. It washed right out and doesn't leave hair feeling hard and dry like those little spray cans. It's hard to use a lot of it so eventually I wuit once my hair grew to a certain point. But it was helpful in the initial transition to grey.

Years ago this product came out of the bottle like a mousse. It was easier to apply to hair. Now it pours outs like water so I had to bend over the sink to prevent a mess. It didn't cover my gray that well. My hair felt like straw until I comb it and dried my hair then it was OK. I see one customer.said to use a spray bottle to apply so I will try that to apply. I just wish it was like before in mousse form.

I started getting grey hair at age 17, cute then but not so cute to be mostly grey in early middle age. I have been using this rinse in the dark brown shade for quite a while. It is so much easier than keeping up with dying my hair and much less expensive. It is also very easy to apply. I use a wet/dry brush to brush my long hair after shampooing, then squeeze this in next to the scalp (the product is thin but don't worry) then I use the same wet/dry brush to sort of brush it through my hair and I'm done. the whole thing only takes about 5 minutes. If you get it on your skin, it wipes off easily with a cotton pad. the product stays in my hair until I wash it again. It does not seem to come off on hats or clothing. I have noticed in bright sunlight my hair might look a little purple from this product, but purple is better than drab old grey. If you use it, wait until your hair is mostly dry before laying down or you may sightly darken your pillow case - it will wash out though.
