Had this since November 2018. It was great until February and then it would only charge half full. Now in April and it won’t charge.

does not hold charge for long and takes hours to charge
all duo the fast charge port is great and it does what it says on the tin, it is big and bulky. plus it takes me hours to charge it and likes to turn itself off when i am charging something from it.
