Great set of squares
I've got other squares from Kinex and they are all fantastic tools. Very accurate. Very very good value for money. They come packaged in a nice foam lined cardboard box with cut outs in it for each tool. The finish on them is great. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

As described
This is exactly as it is described. They come in a nice foam storage tile. The squares are shipped in a coating of grease. They were not rusted. They appear to be square. I am not a machinist and if I were I dont' think this price point is the one for being exceedingly picky. For what I need they are just about perfect. Not a five star for me because there are some minor blemishes on the squares, where the short body is not machines with perfect square edges. Like the griner/polisher rounded over a corner.Again, this is a solid product and a decent price. I would recommend them.

Quality - you get what you pay for
Not impressed with the machining.Several of the surface show tooling marks (chattering). One of the edges has definite dents; very minor but definitely present.

Very nice set for the home hobbyist
I'm not a machinist by trade, so I don't own a $1,000 reference square accurate to a millionth of an inch to check these with. The set comes in a nice case, the squares are made well and they do indeed appear to be square. I use them for setting up my woodworking tools and checking for square when setting up parts to be welded. IMO, this is a nice set for the home hobbyist. It's not a $500 set that you're afraid to use b/c it might get dirty or dropped, and it's not a $10 set that you just know is junk. It's a nice compromise. Recommended.

Great
I'm a beginner woodworker and this was a great set for me. Accurate and sturdy material. I did add some paste wax to mine to protect it while they sit in my humid garage.

Very useful, finish could be better.
I needed a set of reference squares for checking the alignment of my woodworking tools and this fit my budget. They serve rhe purpose very well. I had to knock on star off because the some of the non reference edges were poorly finished (rounded, un-square) but those edges don't effect the workability of the squares.
