I was ordering this product to give it to my daughter since she is studying and needs every time she can have traces of what she is doing because she was in need of something like that. I was fascinated with this product just like my daughter, it's super hot, it has an inexplicable sharpness, it has different operation, it's the last thing I've bought, it's super strong, it's super professional, it brings an envelope to throw it, its beaza to put it on and hold it well, it brings two batteries to be able to have a spare one on its front, it has a cover to keep the lens of the bed, in short, it's so as it appears in the description, I didn't want to overlook, leave my comment here in case someone else came to Nesecitar, I'll buy it here because It's super good as I said before for my excellent product and I hope if someone bought it here it can corroborate what I say recommended a thousand times.

This is the single worst item I’ve ever bought on Amazon. Upon unboxing, I realized they sent the wrong model charger for the batteries. Called Amazon customer service and they ordered a replacement for the whole item. After setting up the camera, and taking 6 photos, the first battery had gone from 100% to 50%. I swapped the batteries, and after 5 minutes of use the second battery was at 40%. Went through the agony of downloading the app and connecting the camera, just to find that I couldn’t view the photos on the app. I could see the thumbnails, but the individual photos don’t load when you click on them, it’s just a white screen. I had to download the photos to my phone in order to see them anywhere, which took several minutes each. Halfway through this process, the camera froze with a screen glitch. I couldn’t even power it off, I had to take the battery out. Opening the battery compartment is an absolute nightmare, by the way. And the photo quality? Abysmal. If you’re standing in the shade with daylight behind you, forget it. Even the flash doesn’t help. Neither does changing the settings. If you go into better lighting, and leave it on auto mode, be prepared for a washed-out, over exposed, radioactive-looking subject. And the portrait mode and selfie screen is a joke. I bought this camera hoping to capture better quality photos than using my iPhone, but this camera made me hate myself, my kids, my dog, and my entire existence. Spare your sanity and buy a different camera. Any other camera. Literally anything else.
