Great notebooks. These are 100 pages and are thicker (more pages) than I expected. I suppose the standard one-subject notebook from Walmart must be only 70 pages, so these will obviously last longer. The cover is thick plastic rather than cardstock so it won't rip, tear, or wear at the corners. There is a sturdy sheet with pockets on both sides at the front of the notebook for storing documents. The variety of colors in this six-pack is nice, easy to differentiate which is which for different subjects. I wasn't sure what the dot matrix codes were at the four corners of each page so I had to research it. Apparently this is used to specifically work with the Five Star Study App. The codes printed into the corners of the page are used to flatten and square up the page when you take a picture of it to scan your handwritten notes into a pdf document. I haven't used this feature but it would be great for note taking in a college course.

Was skeptical if these would show up and be the same quality and actual 5 star notebooks. Pleasantly surprised when they were the exact same as the ones that are being sold in stores for $13/each so this was great value and came in a nice assortment of colours.
