Netter's Anatomy Coloring Book: With Student Consult Access (Netter Basic Science)

I use this book after doing my subject notes. After ages staring at text and writing stuff down, it is nice to be able to relax and do some colouring afterwards, but still feel like you're learning. I was never a colouring sort of person before, so was a bit dubious as to wether I would learn this way, but its proving to be a sucessful way of doing things for me.

I am currently undertaking a massage course, the first part of which includes the study of anatomy and physiology. This book is really detailed and easy to understand. It has helped me to identify where various muscles are located and has assisted with my studies. I have also discovered that I find colouring very therapeutic!

The book is very good for money. It is descriptive and has large detailed pictures to accompany this. They are however coloured already in grey which may seem annoyng to some people if you are to colour the book in. Apart from that it is brilliant for revising with!

I bought this to see if I work well this way. I don't, but plenty of my coursemates do! Perhaps try a few sample pages first...

This is great for studying (at least for my learning style). Colouring helps me remember and there usually quite much space for note taking. I've really made my book my own and use it constantly. Different topics are easy to find and the layout is clear.

Bit more scribbling in it then described.

My daughter is studying physiotherapy and I thought this would make learning anatomy more fun. It has detailed diagrams and will be a useful accompaniment for her studies. She was very pleased with this.
