Fits well. No instructions but it's pretty easy to figure out for a first time football mom. Quality seems ok... and it's worth the money!

This offers great protection. My son plays high school football, and this pad takes quite a beating in both training and games. He's worn out for 1 season so far, and I'm very happy with it.

Don’t buy this
I got this for my sun and with in 1 week the screws kept coming out and no matter what we did it never stayed attached to should pads.

Unhappy Customer
I gave it two stars because its listed as brand new but had some type of stain on the actual pad and a liquid substance on the back plate. (See pictures) This is how it arrived out of the packaging. If you’re a germaphobe like me it immediately turned my stomach. I absolutely hate to receive an item thats less than what it is described as. It also had a hole in the padding covering as if it has been cut. I honestly would’ve missed it if I wasn’t investing the stain because it was underneath the back plate. The hole is hard to see unless you really look. (see pictures) I’m less than thrilled about how the item arrived and will be returning it!
