Although I am not familiar with the Velvetiser, I am very familiar with this chocolate. They are, essentially, chocolate chips, and being made for melting and baking, they have excellent melting properties. The flavour and smoothness of the chocolate is also excellent.

Is this dairy free dark chocolate?
