In small quantities these are a great snack on a keto diet, good for getting some fibre.I like plain peanuts as well but it's nice to get some more interesting flavours sometimes, salty with a nice kick.The bag is resealable and seal works well for keeping the remaining contents safeVery good value when on offer and they are quite regularly on offer both in-store and on Amazon and Amazon Fresh.
