One Line A Day: Five Years of Memories, Floral Watercolor, 6x9 Diary, Dated and Lined Book

First time purchasing a paperback version. Gives little more room to write. Perfect for someone who needs reading glasses. (I purchased for an elderly friend.)

I am giving this journal 4 stars because I just got it today and I am not sure how durable it will be. Shipping was super fast so I got it on time. Cover design is really pretty. I might need to cover it with some plastic or clear contact paper since I don’t know if it will last for 5 years. Paper is a little bit thin but I think you can write just fine. The size is nice and it gives me more than one line to write wich is actually what I was lookinf for. It also has a page for Feb 29 in case you need it. Overall impression is excelent.

I have loved the one-line-a-day journals for some time, but as someone with big handwriting, I always wished they were bigger. These notebooks are perfectly sized, though they lack the frills of their smaller counterparts. For example, these notebooks do not have the foiled pages or ribbon bookmark. I do wish they were hardcover, instead of paperback. The barcode is also printed on the notebook and not removable, which is a bit frustrating aesthetically. I’m very happy with the size though and willing to overlook the other design shortcomings.

I was excited to purchase this for my mom for Christmas, as she has endeavored to journal for some time but finds it difficult to write a lot every day. The design is lovely, and the book is basically as described - HOWEVER, I will be returning the item for a few reasons:1. The first page shows "example" journals for each day, and they all talk about this lady's obsession with ... Justin Bieber. As in "I want to marry Justin Bieber, but my husband disagrees, and "I just had a baby today! The Justin Bieber dream may be dead." What in the actual heck? I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift.2. The spine of the book (outside spine) lists the product descriptions, i.e. "FLORAL WATERCOLOR, 6X9 DIARY, DATED AND LINED BOOK" which is just weird. If it weren't for the Justin Bieber stuff, I might overlook it, but coupled together they just cheapen what would be a nice gift.To the producers of the item - maybe clean up the design and people will WANT to give this as a gift! Would be lovely without the strange additions!!

I just had a baby and read about these journals on a parenting blog! This one is excellent! It is exactly as shown, has a place to write a line or two for five years on each day. I am using it to write milestones and fun little things my baby does throughout his first five years of life. I am so glad someone suggested this idea and this was readily available on Amazon!

Very cute book cover and great space to write a short bit about your day. I’ve never been good at journaling so I gave this a whirl and so far it’s been great. I was expecting a smaller sized book that could fit in my purse (Based on other ones I had seen) and was surprised when it was full size but that was my own fault because I didn’t read the description very well!

I'm very happy with this purchase as I think it will be a fun way to look back literal years from now on what I was doing. I wish the cover was a bit more "sturdy" but it holds up well sitting on my nightstand.

I gave this journal as a gift. Many of the other choices were a very small size journal with little room. This one is a bigger size so much easier to write in. It’s also good quality, which is important when it needs to stay together through five years of entries.

Das Buch gefällt mir wirklich sehr! Es ist total schön gestaltet und innen kann man jeweils die letzten beiden Zahlen des Jahres (also 20xx) ergänzen, sodass es auch in 5 Jahren erst genutzt werden kann. Der Platz ist ausreichend (auch wenn ich meistens noch mehr schreiben könnte und mich kurz fassen muss). Ich würde es wieder kaufen.
