I'm a rosemary fiend and use it a lot. This package is a great deal for the price. The rosemary smells wonderful, and the packaging keeps it fresh over time with a tight seal. It tastes amazing where I'm cooking with it or sprinkling it on bread. It definitely has a better taste quality than the basic ground rosemary you can purchase at the stores. I will definitely be buying this again next time I need some.

These seem very fresh, same as I think everything I've gotten from The Spice Way. I can't believe I ever paid pretty much the same for tiny grocery store jars stuffed with stale product. (No, not every brand. But too many grocery brands are at best meh and at worst flavored dust.) I always say always buy Whole Spices, it is the Cardinal Rule. (I make one exception for Spice Way's ground bay leaves, because you don't have to fish them out of the stew afterward, it tastes great even in things I didn't expect, and I use it up fast.)

I use a lot of rosemary. Rosemary goes with just about anything, beef, chicken, some fish, pork, and more. This is pretty fresh and pretty high quality. Not the best quality you can get, but for the price, it's a good value. I keep it next to a Spice Way pack of thyme. It too is pretty fresh and a good value and a little thyme goes a long way. rosemary is not like thyme. whole thyme has to be rubbed (between your palms) or else the little sticks are bothersome to eat. I've not found any use for thyme except with poultry. Rosemary I use tons of in a lot of dishes. So if you meet two girls, Rosemary and Thyme, ask out Rosemary, chances are you'll get along. Unless you're chicken.
