Big Beef Hybrid Tomato 45 Seeds -Colossal Fruit Size!

I was very sceptical at first. The seeds arrived in a ziplock bag, in a normal #10 envelope that was flatten by the USPS Sorting machines. The seeds looks flat and crushed. I contacted "Seeds Direct" and they assured me that this was normal. I thought I was going to have to write a scathing review, but now I have to Apologize Immensely to "Seeds Direct" for my Distrust. Out of the 45 seed that I received, I planted 10 of them and Much to My Amazement, Every Single Seed Grew. I trimmed back (Eliminated) 4 of the 10 Tomato bushes from my garden that were growing the slowest. The Remaining 6 are becoming Amazingly Huge! They are already flowering after 7 weeks from germination. I anticipate picking Colossal Big Beef Hybrid Tomatoes in July 4th. I live in the Northeast and it's been try this summer, so they do need a lot of water. "Seed Direct" Rules!!! I'm going to try and buy the same seeds next year and see if I have the same results. For $3.18, your can't beat that with a sick!

Put the seeds in a pot sprouted in a few days then fed with plant food once a week. In a few weeks already have tomatoes, very big plant, water daily.

I have raised Big Beef tomatoes for years. The seed were trash seed. Some were very rough and small pink tomatoes and others were red and the size of a golf ball. Amazon needs to stop doing bossiness with this provider. It is a much larger loss than the price of the seed -- many hours have been invested by the time you realize you have junk plants.

I planted these in individual containers, and put them under a grow light, they all came up and are doing well.

Great variety, great flavor

Shipping was a bit slow. Don't know why they couldn't just put in in a first class envelope (maybe some regulation). Anyway I planted 8 seeds as soon as I got them. 7 seeds germinated in about 5 days and I transplanted into individual small pots. after about 2 weeks, surprise!- seed # 8 pops up. So I have to say that 100% germination is pretty good. The little plants are in a small glass box outside to protect them from the thunderstorms and hopefully I can transplant and have Fall tomatoes by October.

Great seed! They all grew nice & strong! I was so excited to plant them. I love big beef tomatoes, and I knew I’d have a lot of them. I had 65 plants. They all flowered right on time. So many flowers! So many small tomatoes beginning to grow! They, however, turned out to be paste tomatoes. I have so many of them. They are beautiful, they’re healthy, but they’re not what I paid for. I am not happy. Buy your big beef somewhere else.

Did not do very good at all plants was small and tomatoes was small .Will definitely not use these seeds or company again .
