This yogurt is excellent. The vanilla flavor is really smooth and natural, not overly sweet, and the texture is thick and creamy like good Greek yogurt should be. It tastes way better than most “healthy” yogurts. I love that it has 0% fat, 0g added sugar, and no artificial sweeteners, yet it still tastes great. It’s also high in protein, which makes it perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a quick snack that actually keeps you full. The individual cups are a good size and very convenient to grab on the go. Overall, this is one of the best nonfat Greek yogurts out there — clean, filling, and genuinely delicious. I buy this regularly and highly recommend it.

Wonderful yogurt, creamy smooth, wonderful vanilla taste.

I’m trying to avoid sugar, so I love this with cut up strawberries, some blueberries and blackberries, it’s delicious and it feels like I’m cheating, but it’s a healthy treat! I enjoy having it for breakfast.

My favorite yogurt! I appreciate that flavor wasn't sacrificed. By far one of my favorite ways to incorporate protein that is enjoyable! I add fruits, granola, or chia seeds and slightly freeze the yogurt for 2 hours to make it a thicker consistency, which makes me feel like I'm having ice cream 🤣.

I really liked these and have now found tham at Kroger with more flavors.
