It holds my POCO X3 fine, and that's 6.5 inch. So I would assume it will hold most large mobile phones.

Will this take an iPhone 11 Pro?

Don’t know for sure but it holds my iPhone 8+ in its case with bags of room to spare. It’s a really useful bit of kit. My guess is that it’ll be fine.
