Very gud my husband loose 5 kg less then a month with regular walk/running and not so strict diet

Wastage of money
I started with 1 pill, then 2, then 3 but when i take 3 i get bad cramps and also it Doesn’t work at all, doesn't curb my hunger at all, in fact i seem to be eating more when i take this! What a waste of money. If anyone wants to try, give me your add so i can ship the leftovers. Such a big big big waste of time & money!!

Not effective. It doesn’t give feeling of fullness and doesn’t control hunger I workout and I didn’t see a diff in my appetite even after eating this. I wanted to cut my calorie intake by 10% but this didn’t help
