I started with 1 pill, then 2, then 3 but when i take 3 i get bad cramps and also it Doesn’t work at all, doesn't curb my hunger at all, in fact i seem to be eating more when i take this! What a waste of money. If anyone wants to try, give me your add so i can ship the leftovers. Such a big big big waste of time & money!!

I read alote of feedback about this product and I was so excited about it and when I try it's really work first make me feel full all the time and close my Appetite, I am not feeling hungry all the time and help me to not smoke too much during the day I am using this product 3 days back and I will check my weight end of the week👍

makes you feel full but to take so many! Tried recommended and felt like id overeaten on holiday- tried mid dose felt full- less and no effect, gotta find whats right for you but havent gone too long on these because I wont take supplements without proper diet and exercise and my life got too busy in the beginning of my trial. Arrived in time as expected and as pictured.
