I was looking for a way to support my wellness routine and felt curious to try a turmeric drink. I hoped it would provide an easy boost to my day. The turmeric juice has a nice taste and works well in smoothies. The black pepper helps with absorption, which is a big plus. Mixing it with water is super easy and it feels like a good addition to my routine. I feel good knowing it's vegan and has no added sugar. The drink does feel a bit more like a supplement than a refreshing juice. Sometimes the flavor can be mild, and it’s not the most exciting drink but it gets the job done. I was glad to see that this turmeric juice includes both turmeric and black pepper—since the pepper helps your body actually absorb the benefits of the turmeric. That’s the main reason we’re going to finish the bottle, probably by mixing it into smoothies. However, the product didn’t arrive in great shape. The outer box was dented and torn, and the bottle itself was also pretty beat up. The tamper seal looked intact, so we decided it was safe to try, but it didn’t leave a great first impression in terms of quality. I was expecting more of a drinkable juice, but this comes in a bottle with a little dosing cap on top—more like medicine than a wellness drink. The flavor is okay: basically like water with turmeric and a little black pepper. Not bad, but not pleasant either. We’ll use it up, but I wouldn’t repurchase. Between the packaging issues, the quasi-medicinal presentation, and the lackluster flavor, it doesn’t feel like a premium or particularly well-made product.
