Imagine Tec. Auto Controller for water tank - Works Well
----------------------------------------------------------Here's how I tested the device prior to installation----------------------------------------------------------For this I used:1. A electricity tester (screw-driver type)2. Small (roughly 6-inch) pieces of wire (3 nos)3. Electricity cable/wire with plug for 220v power supply to this deviceProcedure:Connect the 220v supply to the device (take care of polarity - 'P' is positive).Set device switch to 'Auto'.A: Inserted one of the small wires into the Sensor socket and the other end of it into the G socket. Next, switched on the power supply. This is as if the top tank is empty and bottom tank has water. The device worked properly as the 'G' LED come on (indicating there is water in the ground tank) and the 'motor on ' LED come on. I verified that power is being supplied to the output using the tester. See my photo titled 'A'B. With the power supply still on, disconnected the connection between the sensor and 'G' socket. This is as if the lower tank has become empty. The 'G' led switched off (indicating no water in the ground tank) and at the same time, the green 'motor on' led light also switched off. Verified with tester that there is no power output. See my photo titled 'B'C. Switched off power supply, reconnected sensor wire with 'G' socket, and added another small piece of wire into the sensor socket and other end into G1 socket. Switched on power. This simulates that lower tank has water and upper tank has water. The motor on LED went off. Verified with tester that there is no output to the motor. See my photo titled 'C'D. With the power supply still on, disconnected the connection between the sensor and 'G1' socket. This is as if the upper tank has become empty. The 'G1' led switched off (indicating no water in the upper tank) and at the same time, the green 'motor on' led light lit up indicating motor has switched on. Verified with tester that output socket has power supply. See my photo titled 'D'E. Continuing from procedure 'D' above, reconnected sensor wire with 'G1' socket. G1 led lit up and motor-on LEDlight stayed on. Now added another small piece of wire into the sensor socket and other end into B1 socket. This simulates that lower tank has water and upper tank is now full. The motor on LED should switched off. Verified with tester that output socket has no power. See my photo titled 'E'F. Continuing from procedure 'E' above, set device switch to 'Manual'. Pressed green button. The motor on LED lit up and verified with tester that output socket has power. Pressed red button and motor on LED switched off. Verified with tester that output socket has no power.Notes:1. The sensor tips that were provided are just stainless steel bolts into which you connect the wire. I did not want pieces of plastic inside my water tanks so I removed the plastic covers, connected the wires and placed the SS bolts into the water tank.2 Place sensor 'R' at bottom of lower tank.3. The gap between sensor 'R' and sensor 'G' in the ground tank should be LESS THAN 1 foot (otherwise the motor willstop even though there is water in lower tank).Important: I bought two small packets of M-Seal and after connecting the wires to the bolts, I completely covered thetop of the bolt (including the screws) with M-Seal. (See my photo titled 'F') This is so wire tips inside the SS bolt remain dry and does not oxidize due to moisture otherwise it will not only contaminate the water but sensor will also lose conductivity and device will stop working. So far, everything works fine and hopefully this device will last long. Thanks for reading and hope this helped you.

Good product
Very useful product for saving water overflow & for saving electricity bill. I used this product to control the operation of pump motor for lifting water from underground tank to my 2nd floor overhead tank

Unreliable product.
Further update after 5 months or use: The product malfunctioned, one of the sensor terminals (Lower tank pin B) is not responding. Sensors are wired correctly, and even direct shorting of pin B (lower tank start pin) to common R terminal does not change the status of LED B (always off). The pump will no longer auto start in this condition. Only manual control is possible. Seller does not respond to phone calls on given phone number, does not communicate on official Amazon message system and only provides WhatsApp communication so that no record is maintained in the Amazon message system. On WhatsApp, they are asking me to ship the defective product (which is within warranty) via courier to them in Gujarat for repairs. No longer responding to any further WhatsApp messages also. Extremenly poor service. If you buy this product, you are on your own. The warranty is effectively useless and had no meaning.Update after a few days: The sensors are unreliable, the upper tank stop sensor light now refuses to come on when water reaches full tank level. Results in motor continuing to run and water overflowing. Repeated resets (power cycling the unit, switching to manual and back to auto and starting the motor manually) sometimes fix the problem, but it randomly occurs again. Forced me to install another tank full alarm and revert to manually switching off the pump. Effectively I now have a fancy box with 2 manual switches, which I can remove and go back to switching the pump on and off from a simple power switch. Will continue to try my luck before tossing it out, but not too hopeful. Dropping the rating to 1.Original review: Value for money product. Works as advertised. The sensors need some care when installing to get proper functioning. Need to wait and see what happens in a few months when corrosion sets in.There are some instances when the unit goes into a hung state if power fails and comes back. This is easily fixed by switching to manual mode and starting the pump once, then switching back to auto mode. Also the metal body finish could be better. The paint was chipped in a couple of places. The support line phone number went unanswered when I called.Overall, decent value for money and a functional product.

Sensors collects calcium deposit and stops working
It's what I wanted. Made life easy for a few days, but after a while calcium deposit on sensors makes it useless. Need to clean sensors every week for it to work. Also,in manual mode, I expected the motor to start manually and stop automatically, but it doen not stop automatically.
