- Parker 68S Stainless Steel Handle Double Edge Safety Razor with 5 Blades

Updated on 28th June 2025: It's almost been 6 years since I've been using this razor. No threading issues noted at all!! The shaving is really top class and I get a fantastic shave in one pass!! Most importantly, the neck stubble shave is really smooth. I have a somewhat whorle like hair growth on the neck (and sensitive skin) just below the jaws and this razor shaveds it really smoothly. Totally happy with this shave right since day one of use and till date!! I was on a lookout for a full stainless steel razor. Checked other international brands and found that the razors were quite expensive. This one is about 1/3rd to 1/4th of the cost, is an Indian brand and is not Gillette (I will never buy anythin Gillette after seeing their anti Masculinity advert released 14th Jan 2019). This razor is amazing. It's got a good weight and the shave was somewhat aggressive but close. The quality it too notch. Worth while buy. I'm just concerned with the threads going bad because some earlier reviews have mentioned it but let's see how it goes. As of now, it's been great using this razor. I have a Parkar Variant and a Pearl razor and wanted a full stainless steel razor.

Open comb is very agressive i am not very comfortable.. The weight of the razor superb to my preference.. i prefer heavy weight razor .. i use it with close comb parker heads

I personally feel do not buy this 110 gm razor. Due to more weight may be it cut beard well but many times my chick cut from this razor which was not happend in light weight razor. Razor is good but if it was less than 50 gm perhaps then it was more suitable for me. For 2140 rs it's just wastage of money.

Razor thread is not locking properly ,I complaint to Amazon and seller provided me free head with no cost, excellent customer service, thanks Parkers and Amazon.

I bought this product on Sep-2019. It gives very smooth shave with almost every blades. However after 2.5 years threads on the heads are gone which is very disappointing. I was expecting that it will last longer. It has now become a antique piece for me.

It is the first premium de razor that i have ever bought.... using it after unpacking was such a joy.....i like aggressive shaves and 68s didnt dissapoint at all.... even using cold water in these wet winters, it took off everything .... the razor sings literally.....built is ultra premium..i have been wet shaving for 12 years and to date it is my best tool.....thankyou parker...thankyou amazon...thankyou seller

One side of the base plate is more extended and more curved/skewed than the other, resulting in an inherently uneven blade exposure. The design of the top cap also seems to correspond to this flaw. Shaving with this will be very difficult. For a two-and-a-half thousand Rupee razor, this is unacceptable.
