I used this today for literally 5 minutes and the pole sections spilt where they screw together. Do you sell a pole that is in one complete length?

I bought this product on friday, it broke today. when i put it together the head felt unsecured. the rubber end has totally come off... is this norma?

No Please bear in mind that the broom handle needs to be assembled by pushing the green plugs into the next section , then giving the newly introduced section a couple of turns to the right to cause the plug to expand and grip tightly. The broom head is simply secured with the threaded end and tightened.

Can u tell me why it not woking right it keeps coming un done and have to stop multiple times to tighten back up not very happy about this
