I recently purchased the Casio CT-X9000IN from Amazon from the seller "Cocoblu Retail", and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! As a hobbyist musician, I was looking for a keyboard that offered excellent sound quality, a wide range of features, and specifically strong support for Indian music styles, and this keyboard delivers on all fronts.Sound Quality:The AiX Sound Source is truly impressive. The tones are rich, clear, and realistic. The piano sounds are particularly beautiful, and the various instrument voices are very usable. I've been especially impressed with the Indian instrument tones, which are authentic and expressive.The sheer number of tones and rhythms is staggering. I love experimenting with the different sounds and creating my own arrangements.The Indian tones and rhythms are a huge plus for me. The included Tanpura and Tabla sounds are very useful.The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. The speakers sound great, and are loud enough for home use.Build Quality:The keyboard feels solid and well-built. It's definitely a professional-grade instrument.Value for Money:Considering the sound quality, features, and build quality, I believe the CT-X9000IN offers excellent value for the price.Overall:I highly recommend the Casio CT-X9000IN to anyone looking for a versatile and high-quality keyboard. The media could not be loaded. Recieved it today.. I have had a Yamaha PSR 550, PSR I425 keyboards and a Casio Privia 330 Digital Pianos since 2005 but all of them died one by one by 2019. Last year I bought a Vault Avanti for 20k but totally disappointed by its sound engine. I recently got to play my friend's PSR I400 and thought it would be the best one I could get at my budget.Things came together like a miracle. Four days ago, a offer popped up probably once in a lifetime deal for me. I quickly hit the buy option as I know Casio makes wonderful instruments. It reached my town on my birthday. I had no reserve cash at all but suddenly received the sum from a guy who had owed me for long time. It is for sure an unbelievable price almost close to that of CTX 870 IN. Long story short.. Feeling Blessed..Now about the instrument itself. Sound Quality/Amplifier is better than Yamaha I400 and probably better than I500 although I have not seen. Tone quality is awesome, bright, brilliant, powerful etc. Its not a wise thing to compare to tone quality with any other brand because I think Yamaha and Casio both have a unique and distinct timbre. This seems to have a good user interface for Live performances because the main things registeration memory keys, transpose, layer and split, tap tempo and metronome are readily available along with the auto accompaniment controls and group selection options for tones and rhythms. The most important thing for me was to have a rotary encoder, this has one but seems like it would not get used so much because of the friendly group selection options. The Display is fantastic and has everything well organized. I think no other keyboards have a option to layer dual voice in split mode this has it. Another important thing is the rear panel.. Its fully loaded.. you can use it for any purpose.. if someone says Casio keyboards are not for professionals then I would not agree.. the keys seem to have springs like a synth action and I would not seen any problem here... The Privia 330 had something called AIF engine this one is AIX. Default Piano is Terrific.. the rhythms patterns are interesting and very usable.. Trust me.. if your budget permits then go for this than any other..Special Thanks to the seller for the offer price..

I have been using this keyboard (with a Havana sustain pedal) for over a year & it is an absolute joy to play on. I have grown up playing on an acoustic piano & generally prefer a piano to a keyboard. When I moved to my own house, I was looking for something that would be as enjoyable to play on without being as expensive or space consuming.I have always have used Yamaha and Korg keyboards till I purchased this & had always considered the Casio brand as cheaper & lower quality. I had been looking at budget keyboards (Yamaha E463, i500) during my research & many reviews had suggested to go for the Casio instead.This keyboard has met all my expectations. While I will list out the pros & cons.Pros1. Great feeling keybed. The keys are not weighted, but they feel semi weighted & after practicing pretty much only on this, I was able to play/perform without any issues on an upright piano and grand piano. When i was buying the keyboard, few people spoke about the noise made by the keys. It does make some noise, but if you play at a normal piano volume, it's not audible at all (the noise).2. The stage piano sound is really nice - one of the best I have heard on a portable keyboard & better than many pricier keyboards. If you are (like me) using it as a cheap piano, it's awesome. The stage piano is the default voice.So you can just turn on the keyboard and play.3. The other voices are also pretty good - bass, guitars, strings, drums. The keyboard has a great sound engine that uses Casio's proprietary AiX (Acoustic Intelligent Expression) Sound Source technology.4. The speakers are quite fantastic at 15+15W. I was able to accompany a full choir of 30 people in a small hall with just the keyboard speakers. While I don't necessarily advise using the onboard speakers for any performance, it's quite usable for practicing in the house or a jam session or rehearsal, without the need to connect to an amp.5. You can play audio through the onboard speakers. I use it to connect my phone (through a cable) to play backing tracks for my keyboard practice.6. The keyboard is class compliant, which means you can connect it to a computer & use it (with any DAW, VSTs etc) without needing to download/update any drivers. It was even working when I connected it to my iPad.7. The keyboard has a lot of features in general - 17 track midi recorder, 42 channel mixer, user created rhythms with upto 8 parts, DSP & system effects, arpeggiator. I have used none of them.8. The Casio Forums are fantastic, helpful & active.Cons1. The interface is unintuitive & complicated to use. The keyboard has a truckload of features & since I don't feel the need to use them, this is not a deal breaker for me. But if you do, it can get pretty annoying. I would suggest to make a list of all the features you would like to use & then visit an outlet that has this keyboard and see how easy/difficult it is to use.2. No touch screen. The screen is pretty small as well.3. No Bluetooth connectivity.4. Speaker clarity isnt that great at full volume.5. Some people hate the keybed, so check if it's a problem for you.Overall it's a fantastic budget keyboard, better than the other keyboards in this range. I would suggest trying it out at a local music shop before buying it from Amazon. If you are a beginner exploring this, do ask an experienced friend or your teacher to try it out before buying, but I would strongly recommend it.
