Earlier I bought banana caramel flavour which was pathetic. The aftertaste was like of acetone and it gave me digestion issue. Switched to Chocolate Swirl later. Tastes good and I get no digestion problem either. But it is sweet. Dont know if there is added sugar in the powder or from natural flavours. One scoop of powder has around 25g of protein which is good for beginners. It mixes in water very easily and smoothly.
