This paints are Fluid Acrylic paints?

They are acrylic paints but tend to be a bit heavy. I have been experimenting with thinning with floetrol, water and alcohol. Good beginners set to learn techniques with.

How is the quality of this paint when use in a air brush ?

I personally would not use it. Even thinned down with the flotrol it can have lumps. You will need to use a paint strainer to keep the air gun from clogging. This is good basic acrylic paint, don’t get me wrong, but I would suggest a better quality paint to use in an air gun.

Do you need a heat source for the cells to show up? Does anyone know if I can use my embossing heat gun rather than a butane torch?

You do not need a heat source for the cells to show up however you do get better results if you use heat. An embossing heat gun will work however we get better results with a butane torch.

is it soap and water clean up? Is it oil base or water base?

Yes it is, water based. Also can be quite lumpy at times so if you have a small strainer you can pour it in first it will save you time.
