Prismacolor Premier Pencil Sharpener

Amazing little thing. I tried searching for a lot of sharpeners on amazon for a very short length sharpening angle and could not find many that were good. This though, is amazing. Has a medium and short length sharpening angles that i personally like the most, build quality is great. Overall just a great artist grade sharpener at a reasonable price.

hi i loved this product. i bought it for sharpening my sketching pencils but my father suddenly jumped upon it and started sharpening with it. he use pencils for manuscript writing / marking. opening the tub is little tricky btw so after monkeyed around i figured it out from youtube so it is not user friendly at one go. it is cool/precise product which does the job way better. pricing is high or overpriced IMO. thx sayantan

Absolutely fantastic product. If you are using prismacolor colored pencil than you should definitely buy this. This is the only sharpner which specially designed according the shape of pencil. So it sharp pencil without breaking it tip. Artist should Definitely buy this.

This is a handy and good to have sharpener. I bought it for Polychromos. Pros: -Two holes; wide angle and fine point (Wide angle is better to reduce pencil point breakage problem) -Large casing -Excellent blade quality (It even sharps smoothly through my cheap colored pencils with bad wood quality) -Ergonomic Cons: -On the expensive side (Seriously ~400INR?!) -Difficult/No instructions on how to open. (You have to pull out the black part written Prismacolor with little force and then lift the now exposed top part with thumb). When package arrive a tiny piece of plastic was broken and was making now. I don't know from where it broke or what part it is. But the sharpener is working smoothly.

It's very helpful if you are using color pencils as they are very sensitive that we can't sharpen them with ordinary sharpners.

Tried sharpening some colour pencils. Got excellent points on them without breaking. Good buy.

It's an expensive item in the age of freebies. Still it's good quality.
