I am greek/Italian with light skin and dark circles and it works well, although after purchasing from Amazon I found it much cheaper elsewhere.

Q: Amazon says this item will take over a month to arrive.. was this normal for anyone else?

It depends on the seller you choose. Some seller ship from korea and take long time delivery. Some seller ship from Us. It can be shorter time. Some seller keep inventory in Amazon (FBA). There is no smell. It's just the name. Tiny bottle. To use all over would take too much. But I can't really tell much difference as far as puffiness. I think it does help with the dark circles. Maybe for spots. But not I would not use all over. Long term benefits? none from my use of it. It's just temporary coverage.
