Got this for my kid as it was his Paw Patrol fan. These came in a nice package, and the design elements are great. Good looking toy and fun to play with. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Provides learning opportunity for kids - Light sound both making it very engaging for kids - Looks great. Great design elements. Kudos for the attention to the details - Comes in a great packaging and giftable option for kids - Reasonably priced in the competition Cons: - None for now but I wish there were other colors to choose from

My son loves this! It is so fun and there are lots of activities. The size is great it fits in his go bag without taking up too much room. It is a wonderful addition to his paw patrol collection.

Great toy, but buyers BE WARNED: the seller just charged me AGAIN for the item (today December 23rd), which has been in my possession and wrapped in wrapping paper since December 12th. I'm furious.

Wonderful interactive toy

If you have a young child who enjoys watching Paw Patrol, this PAW Patrol Light-Up Missions Pup Pad from VTech will be a fun and engaging toy for them to play and learn with. It helps your child learn Phonics, Words, Spelling, Counting, Memorizing Patterns and even Problem Solving skills. The Pup Pad has 26 letters with a corresponding object that matches the letter. Your child can press each letter to learn more about the object that's associated with that letter. There's an Activity Slider at the top that you child can use to select one of 5 activities. Letter and Sounds introduces your child to letters, phonics and words from the Paw Patrol story, Word Fun provides facts about the word associated with each letter, Spelling Guide asks your child to pick and word and then guides them through how to spell it, Guess It provides questions with clues and then asks your child to find the correct object/item, Path Finder teaches your child to count by pressing the letters that have been lit up. The musical note button will play a variety of different tunes when pressed, the tunes change based on what position the Activity Slider is in. There are also 6 Character buttons along the bottom for Rubble, Skye, Chase, Marshall, Liberty and Ryder. Your child can press these to find out more about each pup’s special skills and how to spell their names. The activity and information they hear when they press each button will change based on what position the Activity Slider is in. The Pup Pad includes 3 AA batteries, but these are for demo purpose and should be replaced with some high quality Alkaline batteries before your child starts playing with this regularly. I think this Light-Up Missions Pup Pad is fun and educational to play with but it is geared more towards younger children aged 3-4 and children above that age may not find it entertaining or challenging enough. This still gets a highly recommended.
