1 X Japanese Nylon Beading Thread by KO for Delica Beads GOLD 42765

The bobbin was way smaller than I thought it looked on the site, but maybe that's my fault? Maybe I didn't read the description as thoroughly as I should have, but whatever. I just want everyone to know that so you're not surprised like I was when you get it. It's nice and thin though for using with my 11/0 size beads. It's thin, but it's also very strong. I will be buying again.

Very nice beading thread, thin enough to go into a no 10 beading needle easy. Thread is pretty strong. Comes in a very nice variety of colors. Will buy again

I use it to make bracelets and it is pretty easy to work with, strong and comfortable, idk how long it may last tho

I purchased this thread with the intention of bead weaving with it in order to give the appearance of thin, gold wire. Unfortunately, this thread does not pass as that - it does not look metallic (only has a satin finish, but still very much looks like fabric material. It looks mustardy/dark brass. It could possibly work with light copper, brassy gold, light bronze, dark sand, mustard or caramel colored beads and components, otherwise it would stand out. I know Miyuki makes orange toned yellow gold beads - so this thread could compliment those shades. The shape of the thread is on the flattened side as opppsed to round, and it's thinner than my Nymo thread size D, which is nice for multiple thread passes, especially for working with size 15/0 delicas. Also, it doesn't seem to fray (unlike Nymo). The downside is that it's kind of a fringe color and won't show up as a neutral gold tone like I thought. My search for a true gold tone metallic looking thread continues...

This thread was recommended at my local bead store. It is the best I've found. It is single ply but very strong. It doesn't need waxing and resists those awful little knots and loops some threads make. If you are a bead weaver or do loom work you'll want to try this. wish it came in more colors tho

Really great tread for beading.. will fray with to much abuse but much less then most other beading thread. easier to thread on the needle... has already been coated but you can use a thread coat if you feel you need it.
