Poor customer service 😞
Don't buy TSC printers. Very poor customer support. Printer is printing Unprinted lines from day 1. And after showing the printer to service centre (retail solutions, nehru place), they denied the warranty saying you made scratches on printer head. So we can't provide warranty. Why would any customer do scratches on printer head as it is brand new. No one have spare time to go to service centre so far from our place.
