I had this item customized as a Christmas present for my daughter, she had a special occasion where she ran a marathon. She completed the marathon and was very proud of herself, after all her hard work training, so to commemorate her success. I had this plaque with music custom made for her. I paid extra money for quality inspection that this company offers before the item is sent. when I received the item it was heavily scratched the light made the scratch show up even bigger and the picture was not centered. They cut out her runner number. That was in the picture I sent. Do not buy from this company. My overall rating is a one I would give them a zero if it’s allowed.. I can’t believe that I would pay extra money for quality inspection when someone actually looked at it, saw it was scratched and not centered and still decided to pass it through. since this is a customized item. It is not returnable and their site says no refunds signed very disappointed customer

Made for a perfect present for my wife. Looks great and came quick.

I got it as a Christmas present for my wife because every year I do one present personalized for her! Quality seems good,but the down fall it they make it look like it plays the song when it dont! She loves it, but i was kind of disappointed because I thought it played music! Its one of our wedding pictures, with our wedding date and the song we danced to.

Update: I contacted the seller and they agreed to send a new one. I will update what the condition is when it’s received.I didn’t notice it said no refund. I have this as a Christmas gift to my daughter and it’s scratched in two different spots. I just want a replacement, but there is no option for that. Very disappointing! It would’ve been 5 starts if I could replace it. UPDATE: Contacted the seller and they sent a new one and it’s perfect!
