It’s double-sided, with great clarity on both sides, and the extension arm is very smooth and flexible — I can easily adjust it up or down depending on how I’m using it. It’s also lightweight, which makes it ideal for traveling. My husband also uses it and loves it for shaving. Truly, I like everything about it. What makes this purchase even better is the amazing customer service. Long after I had received the mirror — and after the return window had passed — the seller reached out to ask how I was enjoying the product. I explained that I had accidentally broken it just a couple of days after using it (I lost control of the stem while adjusting it, and it fell), and I didn’t think I could request a replacement since it was my fault. To my surprise, the customer service team didn’t hesitate — they offered to send me a brand-new mirror free of charge. I was so impressed by their kindness and commitment to customer satisfaction. The light in the mirror broke after a couple of months- it wouldn't charge. I was extremely disappointed but reached out to the support email address and received a prompt reply. They shipped a new mirror quickly and it works perfectly.

The mirror is what I was looking for with the magnifying, various colors, and adjustable height. Sadly the glue on the mirror is weak and one mirror fell off. It won’t stay on unless I put it on a weird angle. I tried reaching out via troubleshooting for help, but there’s no solution. I’d like a replacement ( please). I wouldn’t suggest this mirror and I would look for one with better adhesive.

This is a great mirror. Very easy to work. It is a perfect mirror for makeup. I love mine.
