Works great, but they forgot to plug in the led lights

Didn’t work out of box. Power comes on briefly and shuts off Called and they want me to do all kinds of testing/troubleshooting on an $800 pc that’s supposed to be ready out of the box. Nope So they offered to send a new one but there’s a catch: gotta get a label and snap a pic, send to them. Wait for an RMA, then go through the process of trying to print the tiny ass label they send you. Pass this company up-a lot of better options, this one isn’t one. Take this as a cautionary tale: if their product sucks/defective, just return it through Amazon and let them deal with it. 1 week of just trying to get a replacement from this company has been so difficult I’m not even sure when I’m gonna get anything And the 800 number is a joke- don’t bother trying to call stg Update: they’re scammers, 100%. They send out non working units, have them RMA’d/sent back and then keep the money. Took 3 weeks but Amazon finally refunded me- I don’t think stg is even a real company. They responded daily until they were forced by customer service to provide a tracking # for the replacement unit and at that point they ghosted

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Got it on a deal but it's bangin. It's just a work computer for my business mostly. Needs upgrades but it's a good base computer to tug it to Compatibility: It works Value for money: Just keeps my business afloat Functionality: ehhh No Regrats!!!! Bs this computer can't do w11 and now I can't receive security updates. They neve mentioned it was still on windows 10

Do Not buy!!! this is garbage!! The graffix card stopped working 3 to 4 months after purchase. I am stuck with it because they won't return it I spent $733 and every bit is wasted. $733 down the drain like I feel robbed and stolen from. Better just go to Best Buy or something. $733 I'll NEVER get over this company stealing from me plus I look retarded to my Son like how embarrassing is that. He played on it for less than 4 months and never touched ig again. This product is garbage
