More gen-pop shoe than before, but alright
Definitely more of a running/cardio shoe than previous metcons (coming from a metcon 5/6 wearer). Wouldn't lift anything over 180-200kg with it, but fine for walking around the gym, doing accessories etc.

Rather rigid and a bit uncomfortable. Ok for short sessions, but not a shoe for wider feet
