It actually works!
I loved how the product was packaged! Everything was neat and put together well. The quality of the material was perfect, especially for the price. I have been using this product daily since I bought it (two weeks ago), and I can visibly see improvement in my posture. Moreover, it lessened my back pain significantly compared to other things and products that I have tried in the past prior to discovering this item. I have gone to chiropractors before, spent hundreds of dollars, and haven't fixed much with either my posture or my chronic back pain. However, with this product, I can actually see a difference in the way I walk and move as well. I couldn't recommend this enough! If you're an athlete or work in a job that requires lots of movement or standing, I think this would be incredibly beneficial as well.

has definitely helped my shoulders
I ordered the posture corrector because my shoulders were hunched from lots of driving and computer work, and I often had a stiff neck. It arrived really quickly and was well packaged. It came with a neat bag, instructions and a bonus exercise band!It was really easy to put on, once I had worked out the correct length for the back strap. I immediately felt my shoulders were held in a good position and it made me hold my whole back more upright. There were more instructions and advice on the website, but I didn't really need them.I had to start off wearing it for short periods of time and have built up the time I can wear it for. I understand it takes about two weeks of constant use for benefits to be lasting and I am definitely beginning to feel this.It has really helped my shoulders and my overall posture.
