I recently started using the Baseus VD1 Pro Solar Dash Cam (Front & Rear), and I’m really impressed with the overall performance. The front camera records in 4K, and the footage is noticeably sharp—license plates, street signs, and details at night are all very clear. The rear 1080p camera is also solid and provides good coverage. One of my favorite features is the solar charging. It actually reduces how often I need to plug the dash cam in, especially when my car is parked outdoors during the day. The built-in battery holds up well, and the parking-monitoring mode works reliably without draining my car battery. Setup was straightforward, and the app connection is smooth. I am extremely impressed with the Baseus VD1 Pro Solar Dash Cam. The front 4K video quality is crystal clear and the rear 1080P footage is more than enough for everyday driving. Night performance is excellent thanks to the STARVIS sensor — details are sharp even in very low light. One of my favorite features is the solar-powered, hardwire-free parking mode. It’s so convenient not having to connect it to the car battery, and it still provides reliable monitoring while my car is parked. The voice control works smoothly, and the 5GHz WiFi makes downloading footage quick and simple. Setup was easy, the app is user-friendly, and the included 32GB card is a nice bonus. I have been using this driving recorder for a while, and it is very strong. The video quality is very clear, day and night. The application is a huge advantage, making it easy to configure and download files, just like voice control. It is very convenient to tell the camera to take a picture or start recording without taking the hand off the steering wheel. Solar parking mode. Even if the car is turned off, it can continue to record without running out of battery or requiring a hard cable kit. It is a convenient driving recorder that can do what it should do.

A nice unit so far. Install was easy and quality seems fine for video. The app is odd that it's the same baseus app as the one my earbuds use. I find I have to connect my phone to it's Wi-Fi before opening the app otherwise it just never connects. I'd like to see that fixed. My other gripe is parking mode gets activated as soon as the case is turned off.... So me closing my car door triggers it. A minute delay option would be nice in future updates

I purchased a dashcam in the past and I decided I did not want to hardwire it so I returned it. Baseus offers this dashcam that can run off solar and battery back up. The initial set up was easy, I can the main cord on the left of the car into the power and then ran the rear cam on the passenger side. I have a 2026 Civic Sport Touring Hybrid, so the car is a little shorter, but the back camera cord length was a bit longer so I have to run it back and fourth in the back window under the trim. Everything works well, great quality and has voice commands! The app is nice as well.

Absolutely horrible directions! The English words weren’t even spelled correctly. If I had known that it was going to be as difficult as it was to set up, I would have chosen a different product. In the direction pamphlet, it tells you to download the app, and the next step is to connect the app to the unit in your car. There are about 30 different steps in between those two instructions that you have to do though or it won’t connect. It took myself and my college educated son nearly two hours to set it up. There are no troubleshooting tips, or directions on what to do if it doesn’t connect. Additionally, it didn’t come with any sticky clips like most other dash cams come with to help with installing the cords. Also, in order to access any of the footage on your app, you actually have to be in the car and RE-PAIR it to the device every single time! So, you can’t access any of the info on your app anywhere else unless you are in the car with the car running. So, if you are in an accident and your car gets towed, you won’t have access to the app or the footage. That absolutely defeats the purpose!!

The installation was easy with the provided trim tool and the video is very high quality. I love the design. The parking mode is great, especially with the solar panel and battery, so I didn't have to run more wires through the car. My only dislike is that sometimes the parking mode stays on when you start the car. I think they will probably fix this with a software patch. You can turn the camera off and back on as a workaround.

Pedí este producto casi por intuición, tengo otras cosas de la misma marca y la verdad es que nunca me han decepcionado. Baseus es otra cosa. Una marca seria, en la medida en lo que en Europa entendemos como seria, con sus controles de calidad, su desarrollo interno y propio y una imagen de marca muy profesional. Es más, si no te dijeran que es una marca china, tu primera impresión (también por el nombre) sería que estamos ante un fabricante alemán... y no andarías muy equivocado. Pero vamos con esta dashcam que he recibido. Es fantástica! Solo he tenido experiencia previa, precisamente, con otras dashcams de bajo precio y peor calidad, así que esta me ha parecido una auténtica maravilla. Llevo solo algunos días probándola pero ya le he dado caña: la he probado de día, de noche, con lluvia, en carretera y en ciudad... y estoy encantado! Algunas cosas a destacar que debes tener en cuenta, tiene "doble vigilancia simultánea". Que venga con dos cámaras (una para adelante y otra para atrás) grabando todo al mismo tiempo es una pasada. Tienes cubierto el 100% de lo que pasa, de forma que de cara a un posible siniestro, podrá quedar perfectamente claro quien ha tenido la culpa de lo ocurrido. La imagen es súper nítida. Tiene una buena resolución altísima que es más que suficiente para que se vean las matrículas de los coches claritas si ocurre algo. La instalación es MUY sencilla, si es lo que te preocupa... deja de hacerlo. Viene con una herramienta para ir metiendo los cables discretamente por las juntas del coche, así que en media hora lo tienes listo sin tener que ir al técnico. Un cable a la toma del coche (viene también el adaptador de corriente) y otra a la cámara trasera. Coser y cantar. Una función que me ha encantado es el modo "guardaespaldas" automático activado por un sensor interno de fuerzas G; si la dashcam detecta que te dan un golpe o algún un movimiento más brusco de lo normal, el vídeo se guarda de forma automática en una carpeta especial y queda bloqueado. Así te aseguras de que esa prueba crucial nunca se borre (de normal, la dashcam va grabando en búcle clips continuamente hasta llenar la tarjeta que le pongas, y entonces borra lo más antiguos antes de grabar nuevos). Pura tranquilidad! Más cosas, tiene GPS (te marca la velocidad y ubicación exacta en el vídeo) y también puedes crear una pequeña red Wifi para conectar tu móvil, de forma que puedes bajarte los clips sin tener que andar quitando la tarjeta. También tiene un pequeño panel solar que sirve para alimentar dos pequeñas baterías integradas en el aparato, de forma que el dispositivo pueda grabar vídeos de algún problema concreto si detecta un golpe mientras está aparcado, por ejemplo, pero creo que hace falta un cable especial que proporcione algo de corriente permanente al coche... diría que es un kit que se compra a parte. El manual no lo especifica, pero mi sospecha es que esas dos pequeñas baterías cargadas por una también pequeña plaquita solar proporciona a la cámara la energía justa para terminar de guardar el vídeo y asegurarlo en la tarjeta en caso de que un siniestro corte el suministro de energía en el coche de forma brusca. Para terminar, y en su rango de precio, esta dashcam es realmente un chollo. Si buscas dejar de preocuparte de más por un posible accidente y tener una prueba clara siempre, esta es la tuya. Compra muy, muy recomendable!

Ho installato questa dashcam Baseus e fin dai primi utilizzi mi ha dato un’ottima impressione. La risoluzione 3K frontale e 1080P posteriore permette di avere riprese nitide sia di giorno che di notte, e la visione notturna è davvero più chiara rispetto a molti altri modelli che ho provato. La configurazione è stata semplice: grazie al WiFi integrato si collega subito all’app, così posso rivedere i video direttamente dal telefono senza dover togliere la scheda. Molto utile anche il supporto a GPS e Galileo, che registra velocità e posizione in modo preciso. L’angolo di ripresa da 170° copre bene tutta la strada e riduce i punti ciechi. Il cavo da 10 cm incluso si è rivelato comodo per chi ha custodie particolari o posizioni ravvicinate nella vettura. Nel complesso è una dashcam affidabile, con una buona qualità video e funzioni moderne che rendono l’utilizzo quotidiano davvero pratico. La ricomprerei senza dubbi.

J'ai été intrigué par la fiche descriptive de ce produit assez étrange. J'ai donc eu le plaisir de recevoir une Dashcam Baseus VD1 avec caméra avant et caméra arrière. A date, le produit est proposé à un petit prix ce qui en fait le meilleur rapport qualité/prix de tous les temps pour une dashcam de cette qualité. En effet, Baseus n'est pas n'importe quelle marque et ils se sont déjà faits une solide réputation dans le domaine de l'informatique et de l'électronique. Concernant le produit, il possède de très belles caractéristiques : caméra 3K à l'avant et caméra 1080p à l'arrière. La configuration est très facile même si le montage l'est un peu moins (mais bon c'est le même principe avec toutes les dashcams). Le produit est très qualitatif comme toujours, rien à redire sur la qualité du plastique ou des finitions. Les images sont plutôt nettes, détaillées et on voit très bien les autres véhicules et le paysage. Les plaques sont un peu plus difficiles à lire et on n'arrive à réellement les voir que lorsqu'elles sont assez proches. Cela reste cependant très raisonnable. La caméra arrière est moins qualitative mais sera toujours utile pour preuves si quelqu'un vous percute à l'arrière. Après plusieurs jours d'utilisation, RAS. Les vidéos sont bien enregistrées. Je ne vais pas vous faire un dessin : courrez vite acheter cette dashcam, vous ne le regretterez pas ! A noter que la carte SD n'est pas fournie. Je vous recommande de prendre un modèle de type "endurance" (vendu également sur Amazon) car les écritures nombreuses peuvent mettre à mal rapidement une carte SD classique.

Espectacular Dashcam de la marca Baseus que nos tiene acostumbrados a ofrecernos unos productos de muy alta calidad a bajos precios. Lo primero quiero comentar la marca, es una marca ya famosa de la cual tengo muchos productos y todos de muy buena calidad y con muy buenos precios. Pasando a la cámara voy a enumerar sus puntos positivos. -Tiene un acabado de construcción muy bueno, con materiales plásticos de muy alta calidad. -También dispone de muchas opciones en la cámara cosa de agradecer. -Pantalla para manejar todos los menús y ver la grabación en vivo y las grabaciones almacenadas en la tarjeta de memoria, por si esto fuera poco también tiene altavoz y micro para grabar el interior del vehículo. -Calidad de grabación de ambas cámaras muy alta en cualquier situación lumínica. De noche saca unas grabaciones realmente buenas. -Instalación sencilla aunque lleva su tiempo sobre todo el montar la cámara trasera porque hay que meter los cables en los guarnecidos del coche para dejarlo bien. Me ha encantado que trae una herramienta para precisamente meter el cable por el guarnecido del coche. -Placa solar y Super conductores que cargan una pequeña batería que lleva en su interior para que así funcione en caso de que esté aparcado y le hagan algo al coche. Esto realmente me ha encantado porque no conozco ninguna cámara que traiga esta función y justo es lo que yo estaba buscando. La cámara incluye todo lo necesario para su instalación, cables de ambas cámaras y conector de carga a mechero de coche. Otro detalle que me ha gustado mucho es que las dos cámaras incluyen en sus bases cinta doble cara 3M para poder pegarlas en la luna del coche perfectamente. Su manejo es muy sencillo y además vienen instrucciones con el idioma español incluido. Unas cámaras supercompletas de mucha calidad y a muy buen precio. En los tiempos que corren casi es una compra obligada, te puede evitar problemas en caso de que tengas algún accidente o te hagan algo al coche.
