Cheap Material. Not durable
Bought 2 of these soup warmers and both stopped working after a few days of using them. The insert is made of cheap metal and it cracked leaking the soup everywhere. I will try to return both if possible because I dont have the original packaging. Definetly dont buy if you are planning to use this warmer for long periods of time (by that i mean 3 to 4 hours a day)

Great warmer even know one was damaged.
Very good size and works well...I ordered two and one was damaged when i recieved it but both work great. I would have gave it 5 stars if it wasn't for that.

Eh risky to buy open box
I bought two open box “un used” but scratched . One looks great one is so bad. The lid doesn’t sit flush. There is a deep scratch with chipped pain that goes around the whole thing. Looks awful. Both have marks inside. ONLY reason I bought them open box is because I plan to use them with a liner 1-3 times a year with soup or cheese for the fall so full price wasn’t worth it. Oh well. Too heavy to lug back to UPS. Also I have to be home to book a home return. Yea that’s not happening.

Just what I needed!
This is a big pot! It looks nice, it heats nice, and I got compliments about it. Remember to put water in the inner pot (up to the fill line) then put the cooking pot in (the one that holds the food/soup) before you turn it on. Also, it has an automatic shut off if it gets to hot. I know this because that's what happens if you dont put water between the two pots. Love it though. Buy it.
