Great controller, love the design. Played hard for a year and got stick drift but only because I travel with the controller in my backpack outside of a case I think That messed up my thumsticks other than that amazing controller will definitely be buying another one

Better than scuff controllers foe the price

I bought this controller back in January. I love the controller so much that I don’t even use my stock controller so much. But after three months of use, I’ve notice the right thumb stick is sticking to the point that the controller is unusable. I’ve passed the return window in Amazon, so I message hexgaming if they can help me fix it. They replied quickly and verified my order number. Next was they asked me to send a video of the problem and they asked to connect it to my pc to a link(controller test) and take a video and send it to them as well. After they reviewed it they sent me a paid postage to send the controller back to their warehouse. They told me once received, they will send me a new controller. After waiting for 3’weeks, a new controller arrived exactly the same design I initially ordered from Amazon. I love the controller and hopefully it will last for a long time. I wonder if they upgraded the analog stick module like the new stock ps5 controllers. Well, that would be my next question to ask them.
