I was excited for ink that didn't cost a small fortune. The ink worked well as I replaced each color as they needed. My printer must have done an update and refused to use the ink cartridges. A simple chat with this company and they walked me through troubleshooting and sent me a new set of cartridges that work.

Great price and most of the cartridges work, except for yellow. That cartridge will not work at all. The seller reached out to me and addressed the defective cartridge!

Since these cartidges were not HP brand and a firmware update was required. Smart Ink included info & links to make that process super simple! These cartridges print with the same high quality as HP originals. The firmware process was well worth the effort given that the Smart Ink cartridges were $100 cheaper than the HP brand cartridges. I very much recommend these cartidges given the quality and savings.

I was getting a compatibility problem when I installed one of the cartridges. I contacted their 24/7 support using the link that they sent me with the set. They started a chat with me and said there was blocking software on my printer that would not work with the cartridges I was sent. They sent me a brand new set of cartridges which arrived in 2 days! After replacing all of my cartridges with the new ones sent, everything is now working fine.

These Smart Ink Cartridges worked great. I could buy about 4 or 5 of these for the cost of 1 HP set. installed into my HP Office Jet pro 8750 printer. Everything printed with sharp color and clarity. I tried another brand before these and they didn't work and costumer service never responded. I bought The Smart Ink Cartridges after reading a previous comment regarding how positive and the quick response from the customer service interaction

These ink cartridges worked right away on my hp 8710. They have more ink and are way less expensive than factory name brand. In the past we had issues with compatability with other off brand cartridges. The print quality is excellent. For the proce you can't beat them.

It won’t work with 8715

Highly recommend. At first I was skeptical of going with a brand of ink other than what my printer told me to use. But considering the massive price difference, I gave it a shot. Ended up being a great decision. Quality is great, no different at all vs the “name brands”. After about 8 months of usage I ran into a problem and contacted customer service. After 10-15 mins of troubleshooting the issue wasn’t resolved, so they shipped me new cartridges free of charge which arrived in 2 days. The new ones now work perfect. They even followed up with me 2 days after the new ones were delivered to see if I had a chance to try them and if they were okay or I needed more help. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I got this as a replacement ink for my 8720 HP Officejet Pro. Once installed the cartridges, the printer recognized them as incompatible. Despite the manufacturer's assertion that they are compatible. Also, it didn't help to follow the manufacturer's suggestion and turn off the auto firmware update in the printer. The printer simply did not agree to work with these cartridges. This is a piece of junk --- never again I will buy anything from this company.

After trying to call and info through chat and email, it cannot work with HP8710 as promised. Supplier instruct me to return it back. ☹
