I purchased this bowl for my elderly kitty with arthritis so she won’t need to bend down so much when she eats. She used it right away and quickly adjusted to slowing her eating. She looks much more comfortable and hasn’t vomited since it’s been in use. It’s very good quality. There are no slip grips and heavy enough so it doesn’t slide. It doesn’t have holes in the ceramic (like other brands) so the base doesn’t fill with water. It’s not difficult to clean but it may need to soak for a minute if using with wet food. This bowl was a great value. It helps kitty eat comfortably, she has stopped vomiting and it looks cute in the kitchen. I purchased two.

Got this for my kitten that thinks she is starved when she gets fed 4 times a day. Great product. Worth the money. Its size is good to help with whisker fatigue and the height is good for her neck. Design is cute and never had issues with it! Sturdiness is also nice cause it has little rubber bits at the bottom to stop it from moving.

This is a great slow feeder for cats! I love how it’s raised and is pretty durable. The only issues I have come across are the rubber pieces in the bottom have fallen out so may times, I just have stopped putting them backvm in. Also you cannot put a large quantity of food in the bowl or else it won’t be able to fall in the slots in order to be “slow fed”.

These have been great for our cats. We use with both wet and dry food and don’t have any issues. They are able to get everything out of the crevices and it slows them down enough that we have noticed fewer instances of vomiting after eating

It did slow my cat down! He took to the bowl right away. I smushed wet food into the grooves and he worked harder to get his food. I can only hope it would stop his vomiting. Now I need to get a second bowl because my other cat would now finish his meal sooner and would go after his! Gotta slow him down too! It's a cute stylish dish, easy clean up, though I wish it was just a little bit wider for the whiskers, but it doesn't seem to bother my cat too much.

When a friend recommended this I was a little skeptical, but it has been a lifesaver for my cat and for me, the worry of seeing my cat vomit 5 minutes after eating after every meal was horrendous! I had already spent thousands in vet bills and they couldn't find anything wrong with her. They just prescribed expensive pills and special foods which she hated. She has always been a greedy eater finishing her food in a split second and stealing the food from her two brothers, and then 🤮 all back up. With this she has to do what I call "The Dinner Dance" around the bowl to get a grip on the food, you can actually hear her chew instead of just swallowing loudly, and the best part, NO MORE VOMIT! So whomever came up with this is my hero for life!

This ceramic dish is well made, glazed, heavy, with rubber feet that should keep it from sliding on hard, smooth surfaces. It is dishwasher safe. This is considered a slow feeder because the bumps in the bottom of the bowl (visible in the product picture) are meant to break up the location of the dry kibble and make the cat take time to search for the next piece rather than allowing them to just keep their nose in the dish and continue to binge. My concern is that those bumps are so small and short, more than a single layer of kibble results in a bowl that is ineffective in slowing your cat's binge. Too bad.

I dont think it helps slowing down my cats' eating pace. I timed them and it was the same... However, the raised bowl is better for their posture. Very easy to clean, I only need to put them in the dishwasher.

Perfecto. Tiran menos bolas pero comen despacio y en mejor postura. Tiene mucha estabilidad.
