Here’s the good, the bad, and the "wow" after testing it out. 1. The Sound: It Hits Hard The first thing you notice is the power. The spec sheet says 800W and "JBL Pro Sound," but in human language, that means the bass literally kicks you in the chest. It has massive woofers (bigger than the previous model, the 710), and you can tell. I threw some heavy EDM and Hip Hop at it, and it didn’t distort even when I got excited and cranked the volume near max. The highs are crisp, too—they don’t get drowned out by the bass, so vocals stay clear. 2. The Game Changer: It Finally Has a Battery! If you knew the old model (the 710), you know its biggest flaw was that it always had to be plugged into a wall. The 720 finally cuts the cord. They promise 15 hours. In my experience, at "real party" volume (loud and with the light show on full blast), I got a solid 10-12 hours, which is enough to finish the party or until the neighbors call the cops. So I have the 310 and I wanted more so I checked this 720 reviews and a few people said basically just get it and I got it and I’m gonna tell YOU the same thing! Gone ahead and buy it. This is not a con but unfortunately for me the 310 doesn’t sync with 720 so now I have to get the 320 to maximize my JBL experience. My house is pretty far from my neighbors so I get to rock out HARD The sound quality is TOP TIER worth every penny the battery lasts longer than the day it’s very easy on the eye and the lighting is beautiful and will light up the party it’s very big lol you won’t be carrying this monster around regularly easy to operate and the 🎤 is controlled by the speaker everything wireless

If you're like me and want the loudest speaker that also has the ability to be run without being plugged in, THIS is the speaker for you. It is terrifyingly loud at 50%+ volume. Clarity is solid, bass is wild, no distortion even at full volume - which, by the way, will damage your hearing and peel paint off your walls. Other notable features, it's got cool lighting that responds to the music, the batteries are swappable, you can use wireless mics for karaoke, it has wheels to move around fairly easily. But, this thing is a beast, it is a party speaker in every sense of the term. Weighing almost 70 pounds, it's not what you'd call "portable" but the wheels are robust and help with moving around the house or wherever you have this monster setup. If your brain is telling you this is too much speaker for your home for regular use, your brain is correct. BUT, don't let that stop you. This speaker is ridiculous in all the greatest ways. Just buy it and have fun.

You want loud where your phone is not determining what is a safe level for you. You want to blow put your ear drums like we are back in the 80’s. Then this is the speaker for you. I was hesitant about the purchase because of the price. It is well worth it. Load and crisp. Bass is great. Over all amazing. So amazing I need a 2nd one now.

Ok so i am changing my review on the JBL 720 at first they were going to make me pay for shipping to return the speaker due to a defective light show but they came through and paid for the return, the new speaker is 100% so now I'm really impressed the sound is just mind blowing i think I will buy another one 😃
