I used this phone on its launch, like any other LG phone I'd had. I put that phone through hell, repaired it a couple times myself, but generally didn't think much about it. I hadn't realized how much I had gotten used to the solid usability and quality of LG's phones until they decided to stop making them. When that happened, I thought I NEEDED to move to a different phone. So, I jumped to a Google Pixel 7, thinking I'd never look back. That was two years ago. Here I am, clawing back to this outdated, obsolete phone. It is maxed out at Android 12. And you know what? It still kicks most modern phones where it hurts. The screen, the features, the connectivity, all of it were cutting edge five years ago, but now it's just a well rounded, fast, solid phone. I've had this misfortune of needing to switch from my Pixel 7, which suffered water damage from an amount of water this phone would LAUGH at, to a Motorola moto g 5G, which is like a brand new Versa versus this thing's 5-year-old GTR. There's...just no comparison. The old talking points still apply. The camera, though obsolete by certain standards, is still masterfully detailed and very fast despite taking VERY large-sized pictures. The compute power is no longer top contender material, but it runs everything still, even more modern mobile games. Quad DAC and 3.5mm port, so audio is STILL STILL STILL in a class of its own! IN 2025!!! Phone manufacturers, what are you doing?? This phone wasn't even top 5 most expensive when it came out, and they STILL had a high end DAC in it?! Most everything else is what you'd expect: 5G and WIFI6, NFC and wireless charging, USB-C rapid charging, a MicroSD slot, 128GB of storage which is a little underwhelming these days but serviceable, and still receiving Google Play updates at least. Just know, this will be officially end of life for support next year, so definitely weigh that out with the price. It was an easy choice for me, may not be for you. Just know, this phone is solid, and will serve you well.

I have had the phone for, ironically, probably 91 days now. It has been great, no problems and ran flawlessly, until I noticed it repeatedly disconnecting while charging. It won't reconnect until I manually reconnect it, seconds later it disconnects. It's a hit or miss on whether it will charge or not. This absolutely ruins one of the major reasons for having this phone: desktop mode, for games and productivity. I'd say this was technically as advertised but still totally dishonest on Amazon's part. Guaranteed to be free of defects for 90 days, but not 91 days? 😂 Now what do I do with this? Really disappointing. This is apparently a known problem with this phone and many have it. Amazon told me to contact the manufacturer, who told me they'd charge me full price for the repair but couldn't tell me what that would cost, and then would charge me to see what it would take to be repaired. Pretty unfair situation.

For their last hoorah LG and their flagship, really scored. This thing is a beast and such great audio and great cameras and good performance what else could you ask for?!! Battery life is pretty good for the most part, just gotta watch out for widgets and gps on in the background but once you get everything set up in your phone to your liking , you will be golden. Sad to see them to go but at least they went out with a bang (and at least updates and security patches until at least 2024/25) Update: April 2023- Unfortunately the vibration motor went out, the speakers are slowly going out; cant go full volume or it blown out and skips, the battery life really took a hit and can barely charge or hold one and the charging port is also not doing so well either :( bummer cause this phone was amazing, camera works amazing and never dropped a call but since it was refurbished, it is slowly dying.

Phone arrived on time , opened box no paperwork a LG V60 and a quite inferior charger for a phone that takes a 25w charger. What came included was a charger that is 1/5th the power needed and by a different manufacturer (samsung) not the brand of the phone(LG) this included charger is rubbish. Not too happy because There should have been a proper charger included. Phone is charging, do not know if the phone works yet, will power up in the AM and configure to network, fingers crossed this is not a dud, phone looks practically new but is amazon refurb. Im excited to see the LG V60 strut its awesomeness. Seller get it together as far as proper charging equipment. Will update with full review later. UPDATE 12-27-2023 WHAT AN AMAZING PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY! Why did LG stop making phones? My LG V60 is an amazing phone running android v 13 fast loud vibrant powerful amazing and charges rapidly! An amazing device. The sound quality is fantastic. Picture quality is great. Holds a decent amount of juice for hours of heavy use. Screen is bright and looks great. Droid version 13 runs fast and smooth, updated first day on T-Mobile network. I run on LTE I dont even bother with 5g... Just an amazing pice of technology. (I returned my pixel 8 pro because it overheated watching 360p YT videos) Thanks Amazon renewed for the new phone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The phone looks amazing on the paper. Screen is super large and crisp, battery life is good, camera is good, has enough ram and storage space plus supports SD cards! However once you start using it you realize it was too good of a deal to be true. My specific unit has charging issues, the usb-c port must be the problem because I have tried different chargers and cords. You plug it in, you hear the charger connected sound and it says "fast charging" on the screen so you walk away and do stuff. When you come back it has not charged at all! There are other issues as well, It keeps dropping connection while on Data. You will see 5G and full 5 bar reception but it won't connect to the internet, restarting the phone fixes the problem but you miss messages and notifications without knowing it has disconnected. I have the T-Mobile version and never had issues like that with my previous phone using the same carrier so it has to be the phone. Now I gotta find another phone and return this. Oh, it did receive the Android 12 update, which is both good and bad because while it's the newest Android OS it also slowed the phone down.
