I bought this to try, thinking it was just another supplement that would end up in the back of a cupboard but no itās a game changer the weight has fallen off me & I feel fantastic & full of energy without feeling wired or jittery

Great energy boost
For context, I intermittent fast while taking this supplement, meaning I attend my morning gym sessions on a completely empty stomach at the end of my non-eating window and simply take 2 of these + water. I can 100% feel the energy boost from these. Even without food, I can lift near my full potential. Great addition to my small supplement routine. These do make you STINK when you sweat thoughš¤£ so always make sure you have enough time for a good shower after consuming these and exercising.

Disappointing, meant to curb hunger cravings but didn't work for me

Great product
I've taken these before work out as stated and I have found these to help with my performance and I was able to achieve more on these. Today I ran and completed a hitting work out, I would not have done this normally. I'm achieving better results. On a plus no side effects, like some others, easy to swollow. Highly recommend.
