Optase® MGD Advanced Dry Eye Drops, 0.33 fl oz

These drops are fantastic. They retored my vision which seemed to be degrading. I am a 92 year old male with technically good eyesight. I am 20/40 and do not require glasses except for reading. However, in recent years, I found that my vision degraded during the day. In the morning, I can read normal text on my iPhone. But I spend a lot of time at the computer, which is hard on the eyes. By late in the day, I have to get up very close to the monitor screen. I see my world-reknowned opthamologist twice a year. Yet he did not address my problem in any detail. Recently, I queried Gemini with my symptoms. It immediately diagnose my problem as dry eye and recommend some options. These drops were one of the suggestions. The results were immediate. I had been seeing ghost images of text adjacent to the screen text. At night, traffic lights were seen with ghost images peeking out from behind them ight image. I was thinking about giving up night driving. Now, all those problems are gone with these drops. Amazing! I notice that there are many negative reviews for this product. Almost all of them complain that the plastic container is very difficult to squeeze making it difficult to produce a drop. This is true. I can manage it with difficulty. But if your hands are weak, you will have a problem.

Saved my eyes! MGD is a very frustrating condition, and when it flares, it looks like you have pink eye; not a good look in public! Can clear blockages, pain and redness within a couple of days; use after Optum eyelid gel cleanser and a couple of minutes of warm compress. I have it on auto ship!

The brand used before is unavailable so I chose this MGD brand. I love the solution better than all my previous. The only issue is the bottles. They are to squeeze to get anything out. I can't even get the last quarter out. I did try to pry the top off but gave up. Change the bottle & I'll change the stars.

Works great, plain and simple, I have tried a couple different ones but this is the winner.

The drops are great. The bottlers terrible. It’s way too hard to squeeze when it starts losing pressure inside. I couldn’t even finish the bottle and for the price, that’s unacceptable.

These eye drops are easy to use and really help my eyes not feel so dry and rough. It makes my eyes feel smooth without the greasy feeling.

I love these eye drops. They are excellent. The only problems I had was the person who dropped them at my door, did not ring the doorbell, so I did not know that they had arrived and it was in the nineties, so it could have damaged the eye drops if I had not gotten to them sooner. Also, one of the boxes, was not taped shut like it should have been.
