Consistently good flavor/texture.
A standby in my house these days. I refuse to pay the outrageous prices charged for gourmet level products like this. It is a reliable, daily, healthy bacon. I like the taste of this brand more than others. No, it doesn't taste like real bacon but then it isn't supposed to so you have to keep your expectations within reality. My family likes it when I chop it up & add to scrambled eggs or toss some on green salads. I use my toaster oven to bake/cook it for the crispness to break it up otherwise I cook it normally in a skillet. A good standby to have in fridge or freezer.
